Thank you for considering Elzen membership! Our goal is to support and empower women through the menopause journey with a comprehensive suite of resources, expert guidance, and a supportive community. By joining, you become part of a dedicated space designed to navigate this significant life stage with confidence and camaraderie.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals seeking support through their menopause journey. You must be 18 years or older to join.

  1. Fees: Membership fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the time of registration and must be paid in full to activate membership. Fees are subject to change; members will be notified of any changes in advance.

  2. Renewal and Cancellation: Membership is automatically renewed, whether you sign up to a monthly or annual membership. Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting our support team at info@elzen.com. Refunds are not provided for any remaining period of membership.

  3. Privacy and Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of providing membership services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  4. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

  5. Changes to Policy: Elzen reserves the right to modify this membership policy. Members will be notified of any significant changes and continued membership will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership cancellations can be made at any time but are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that Elzen does not provide refunds for any portion of the membership fee for the remaining term.
